Christmas Pics

Posing

Tired of posing

She was acting like a opossum here? We have had one on our back deck lately.....

Halloween Dino

Adi was a dinosaur on Halloween-she was sooooo excited.

Ever seen that dinosaur with a ponytail?

Then of course she had to play as a dinosaur every day before Halloween too, I finally got her down to just wearing the claws around the house.

The Whole gang

Yummy

But Sour.......

TU Game

Long overdue on some new posts-so just going to blog away I suppose.
This was us in September at the TU game. Adi loved it, she was pretending to be a cheerleader a lot.

Crazy days

Well it has been a hectic month, but I think it will be slowing down with the cold weather making it's appearance. In the meantime, Adi turned 2 and we had her party at the house again-a couple
shots from that..........she is getting big so fast! Yes-she adores dinosaurs!

Fun Outside

Adi was in love with the ladybug her and daddy found

Enjoying a park downtown

Trip to the Zoo

Well we decided to go to the zoo again, we went 6 months ago-but so much changes in toddler life in that amount of time. Adi really loved it this time and I would say it is now a favorite of hers.

This bird exhibit-Featherfest, I think? was so cool-the birds would land on you to eat which Adi had a blast with.

I guess I did too!

This exhibit goes until October I believe, I will be sure to go back.

Adi loves going to my parents house-they have tons of dogs, cats, sometimes turtles and many other things from time to time and to top it all off a big swimming pool. She loves getting spoiled there!

The cat's are pretty used to her now

Back from Camp

Well we survived camp and a great time was had by all. The whole Chesney clan got to go this year, so it was so nice for all the little ones to see their aunts and uncles and mimi and papa for a whole week. After a hot start, the weather at the end of the week was gorgeous and we enjoyed swimming, basketball, volleyball, horseback riding and great teaching all week.

Adi was getting quite bored on our drive to camp-and yes Adison loves frogs, snakes, dinosaurs. .

Looking for fish at the lake

Enjoying the water

So peaceful

She enjoyed a ride around the pasture, but was ready to get off "Squanto"-love the little jockey look though!

She was cherishing her water balloon

Adding a deck

I guess I am getting all my posts in before camp and the land of no technology! I love that about it though!

Well I was super excited about this latest project because ever since we removed our bay window and put in a sliding door-it has been just a drop down out of the house-no porch or steps. These are the before and after pics of our new back deck! Thanks again to Uncle Brad for helping us out!

Before

During

Almost finished-we have since stained it a orange brown color that we love and we are going to put an open top on it where the posts come up. Lots of landscaping still needed to!

Adi already enjoying it!

Mole in a Hole

Adi discovered the deck post holes Josh had dug and decided she was a mole-it was quite humorous as she sometimes has an obsession about being a mole ever since we saw one when we were walking. Oh and hope to post before and after pics of this latest deck project soon too!

This was Adi's first year she was able to stay up to watch the fireworks(barely made it). We live right by the Arkansas river bridge where they have a big display each year, so it is so nice to just walk down the way to see them.

All ready to go to see the fireworks

Finally, here they are-but don't let the pic fool you-she was not very interested in the fireworks much to my suprise. Oh well it was a fun time!

We did not get many pictures of Silver Dollar City because she was so busy exploring everything, but our trip to Branson went well-was a very nice getaway. Here is one at Silver Dollar City and Branson Landing.

She liked the fountains

She was having fun-I promise!

My Grandmother passed away Monday, she was a remarkable lady and will be greatly missed. What a comfort to know she is with Jesus now. In memory and with Love.
