Well after 8 days without power, we are happy to be in our own home again. Our power went off at 3am Monday morning and we got back in our house at 7:30 last night. It was one of the hardest hit neighborhoods because our trees are so huge and old. The electric workers had to go into each yard individually to get it going again. We were overjoyed to say the least. Thought we would post some pics while we have access to a computer since I am sure getting internet back up is the least of the city's worries.

No, we stayed at his mom's one night and then at a friend's with a larger place the other nights. I am sure they were glad to get their house back as well!
